Meditation & YogSadhana

Dhyan nityam...Yog nityam...
Sadhan pramuchyate Sadhana...!!!

Our life today has become so tedious and complicated that we don't really know how to tackle the simple situations of our life because we've totally made ourselves believe that, fulfilling our materialistic desires is the only aim of our life.

But spiritually thinking, this is a myth. The precious birth we've got on this earth as human beings, asks for us to understand the reality of our birth on the planet earth.

Who we call GOD is a "Universal Force" working behind the scenes and actually operate the real picture of our lives and nature altogether!

This universal force has its own particular reasons behind the birth of every creature on this planet. We usually call it a "Game of divine truth". There is definitely a cause of our birth and we have to work on that cause instead of just running after our daily livelihoods. Because these materialistic desires can be fulfilled with no extra efforts if we start understanding the need for spiritual contribution in our life...and "Meditation" is one of the simplest ways to achieve it and turn the thought process positively towards spirituality.

Meditation itself says meditate yourself towards the divine cause of your life. As we generally think that meditation is not a piece of cake of our life but it's not true. Silent seating is the first optimistic step of it...just nothing but sit silently...and yes...this is the main thing that we never do in our busy life today...!!!

Our alliance mainly guides you through such simplest ways to achieve your materialistic desires as well as walking on the divine path proposed by the universe.

"YogSadhana" also works on the same methodology as "Meditation" described above, wherein "Yog" in Sanskrit means a coordination of universal force and our own being to manage and correct the actual purpose of our birth.

And "Sadhana" means performing the yog in a prescribed manner as per guidelines of a spiritual master on a daily basis without fail, assuming it's the breath for life and must not be missed out on a daily routine.
